Early Music Hawaiʻi

Early Music Hawai’i (EMH) is holding auditions for one alto, one tenor, and one bass. These are paid positions in a pick-up style, professional small ensemble.

EMH is a non-profit organization established to promote the performance and enjoyment of Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque music in our Islands. Members of the group represent some of Hawai’i’s most accomplished performers and music educators.

EMH values outstanding musicianship, a dedication to authentic performance practice, and a strong sense of community within our ensemble. The group performs 2–3 concerts per year under the direction of Scott T. Fikse, former Hawai’i resident and doctoral student at the University of Washington.
